Simulated environmental tests are necessary to adapt, anticipate and improve product reliability.

Used in a wide range of sectors, climatic chambers allow experimentation to go ever further and ensure the safety of consumers/users. Caelis takes advantage of its dynamism to carry out regular research and development work, which has led, for example, to the introduction of a humidifier that is reliable, more economical and more eco-responsible because it reduces or even eliminates the use of refrigerants. This work has paid off handsomely: Caelis was voted Young Innovative Company of 2022.

A touch interface...

to control the system easily and navigate in a reliable, accessible and high-performance environment. Specially developed to control climatic chambers using ICH stabilities, our system offers intuitive operation and excellent parameterisation:

  • Minimum and maximum temperature and hygrometry set points adjusted using digital keyboard
  • Visualisation of measurements read and permanent setpoints (to the 10th of a degree)
  • Customised fault messages (cause and solution)
  • User account with password and different user access levels (operator, technician, administrator)
  • Data export via USB port (event log) and machine event history
  • System information page
  • Door opening timer management
  • Access to temperature and humidity offset settings
  • Self-test of alarm report (dry contact)
  • The little extra that makes all the difference: the screen is at eye level, making it really comfortable to use!
Design and development of a humidifier...

specific to the climatic environment. In fact, this humidifier has no equipment sensitive to low or high outside temperatures. In addition, the electrical and automatic components are located on the outside of the humidifier, which considerably improves the reliability and lifespan of the product.
